At Inspire Pearls, we want you to be completely captivated by your purchase; if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return or exchange your jewelry within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition and include the authentic pearl certification packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the jewelry in its original display box and secure it within a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our gemologists inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
